These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 747old ("747old," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://747old.app and all associated subdomains and services ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotional offer, or using any feature of the 747old service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understand them, and agree to be unconditionally bound by them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 747old account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

747old strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which sends a one-time verification code to your registered mobile number each time a login is detected from an unrecognized device. This feature is accessible from your account security settings.

In the event of any unauthorized access to your account, or if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 747old's customer support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat function. 747old cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the 747old Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 747old supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 747old's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction for all supported payment methods.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect in your account balance.
• Deposits are credited in full with no transaction fees charged by 747old. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider, if any, are your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours of the request being submitted.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day to complete.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 747old may require you to complete KYC identity verification. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactory.
• 747old reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing where such review is deemed necessary.

747old may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which shall be read alongside these Terms.

• Bonus offers are intended for personal use only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• 747old reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a promotional offer – including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus stacking not expressly permitted, or collusion – will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if your account is closed or suspended before the applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• 747old's determination of whether a promotion has been abused is final.

In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence except where the game-specific rules expressly address the matter in question.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, or by live physical action for live dealer games. 747old does not influence game outcomes.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be altered or cancelled by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 747old reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's balance.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport, competition, and event. 747old reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with official results from recognized governing bodies.
• 747old reserves the right to limit or adjust bet stakes for any player at any time and without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 747old Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently or without legitimate grounds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 747old staff, support agents, or other platform users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 747old.

Any unauthorized use of 747old's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 747old, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 747old's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 747old account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

747old does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis at all times;
• Any particular game result, promotion, or feature will be available at any specific time;
• Any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

747old reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary terms applicable to specific Platform features;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Registration or operation of multiple accounts;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent account information;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer, subject to any applicable dormancy policy;
• A requirement to do so under applicable law, regulation, or direction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to 747old's withdrawal procedures and any applicable legal holds.

You may voluntarily close your 747old account at any time by contacting our support team through the 24/7 live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that have accrued prior to the closure date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 747old's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter amicably within thirty (30) days of raising the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the 747old support process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For matters falling within the jurisdiction of PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory bodies, the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process shall apply in addition to, and not in substitution of, the processes described in these Terms.

747old reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 747old will take reasonable steps to notify registered users through on-platform notifications, email, or SMS alert to your registered contact details.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the revision notice. Your continued use of the 747old Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.
